Worst Flooding in Southern Thailand in Decades

Over 600,000 households have been affected by heavy flood in the Southern Thailand.

The damage has expanded in 10 provinces including Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Trang, Satun, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala, and Narathiwat.

Many families have been forced to flee to shelters, leaving their homes behind, and roads in many areas have been cut off, with vehicles unable to travel. They are left hoping that the rain will stop before the situation worsens…
